One of the things I love most about Stephanie's art, and really art in general, is looking at the details. It's profoundly interesting to see the little touches an artist chooses to do that end up making up the larger piece. With Stephanie's art specifically, it's really cool that the wood grain is a centerpiece. She uses it to her advantage, and it works so, so well. So here's a tip....all of you that have been requesting a permanent and heavy duty installation for your Art Pole, I have a solution. My Art Poles are HOLLOW and they slip easily over a regular 4 inch by 4 inch fence post. That's right, the same post that most mailboxes are mounted to. So you can choose any of my Art poles to create a taller pole by "floating" it on a wood post of your desired height. Just sink your wood post in concrete and slip my Art Pole over it and Presto! This is great if security...

How to make your pole taller?

So did you know that my Art Poles are hollow? And they slip over a 4" by 4" fence post? You can sink a fence post in the ground at any height you want and just slip my Art Pole over and, voila......a taller Art Pole Also you benefit with a rock solid installation!
